What to do & why
Scarlett promotion and Hero Swap are separate actions. Treat each confirmation preview as the decisive record of what will change before committing a limited-use item.
- Open the promotion preview and record the resulting rarity, stars, levels, skills and any refunded items.
- Open the swap preview separately. Check hero eligibility and exactly which properties transfer or reset.
- Only proceed when the resulting two heroes and your refund match your plan. Save screenshots of both previews.
The details behind the decision
A medal refund is not automatically a net resource gain: it can be offset by skills or stars lost on the other hero. Compare the before-and-after state of both heroes.
What is confirmed—and what isn’t
The official wiki’s Season 3 schedule identifies Scarlett promotion and Hero Swap as separate events. It does not substantiate the archived Williams-to-Scarlett refund recipe or its numerical example. That recipe is not endorsed here.
