The details behind the decision
Compare useful fights per march and actual healing cost after similar battles. “More offense” and “fewer severe wounds” are different outcomes, so assess them against your objective.

What is confirmed—and what isn’t
Correction: do not treat the image’s fixed three-day cooldown or blanket 5–10% stat comparison with T10 as verified. The older T11 announcement is explicitly a preview, not a final cost schedule.
Strategy recommendations are GOD of War’s editorial advice. Official-wiki hosting does not turn player-contributed advice into a developer guarantee. When a number is not supported, this edition omits it rather than inventing a value.
